I've went in a few times and it was nice. Not always enough staff in my opinion, but the staff that is there is usually nice, I am pleased with the customer service I have received 😁 I also got a jacket from there I really love a while ago, it's super comfy and reminds me of my husband 😊

Not Military Friendly!, I asked if they gave a military discount and the 2 lady's working the register said they don't give it out on certain items. As i question them i knew they had no idea what the regulations are for Military discount, Gift Cards and Licenses are the only items excluded from the 10% discount. Guess Big 5 doesn't care about the VETS. I'd avoid this dump and go to dicks sporting goods
